Why Diets Don’t Work - Permanently

Did you know that many people who find themselves overweight and wanting to drop some pounds chose one diet after another in an effort to achieve this goal. From what I’ve been reading they are completely wasting their time and here’s why…

All of us are exposed to toxins daily and our bodies, while they are amazing self-preserving machines can become compromised if they are overloaded with too much of anything. Our bodies need a vacation sometimes too. This is where cleansing or detoxifying comes in.

All of us have parasites living in our intestines and colon which sometimes are the root cause of not being able to lose weight. Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst has developed a fat loss product which has quite a revealing home page that you can see
here which shows you in unashamed detail some of the disgusting things found inside our bodies which can be the reason for being overweight, getting sick and living shorter lives than we should.

Even if you do not feel you need to lose weight or fat, this site is something you should definitely take a look at to get an education on things than can cause us illness that are certainly preventable and treatable in very simple ways.

There is so much we can do for our bodies naturally to help them in the fight against toxins that steal our health and lives from us. More people need to know about these methods so that they can avoid having to succumb to the poisonous drugs that the medical community would prescribe to treat things that make our bodies sick.

I would highly recommend taking a look at
Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst’s website. It could help prevent a lot of illness in your life.

To your health,
Chris
