Law Of Attraction – ABP
By now everyone has heard of the law of attraction, I’m sure. I’ve always been the type to try to look for a positive spin on every situation and weight loss is no exception. While I am not trying at this time to lose any weight I thought I would give an example of making weight loss a positive experience rather than a negative one for those of you out there desperately trying to drop some pounds.
By the way, you might be wondering what ABP in the title of this post stands for and here it is “Always Be Positive”. Life throws so much negatives at us on a daily basis that we need to counteract that constantly. Here’s the example;
Focus on what you want in life. If you have trouble figuring out what you want, why not try then to figure out what you do not want and rearrange it to what you want. Here’s how;
if you do not want to be overweight anymore, then change that thought in your head to instead to I
want to be fit, healthy and at my ideal weight and I will be.
