Welcome to GetNaturalHealthSolutions Blog. It is my intention here to continuously research, write about and recommend Natural solutions to everyday health issues ranging from the irritating but not life-threatening problems to the more serious and potentially life-threatening problems i.e diseases.  I truly hope that you get a lot out of visiting here and continue to come back frequently.

Please bear in mind that I am not a physician or qualified with any medical degrees so would suggest that if you are being treated by a “conventional” medical doctor for any disease, especially life-threatening, that you discuss any natural therapies you are considering using to try to help with your situation with your doctor.  While your doctor may not be aware of many of the natural therapies available ( they are not trained in these for the most part and I will post about why that is a little later on), ultimately it is your body and your decision to make as to what you put into it.

I firmly believe that there are many natural therapies / products that are much more effective in helping our bodies heal themselves than the chemicals put into conventional therapies that the drug companies spend their billions or more promoting to our doctors so that they can recommend them to us…and make money from doing so too.

I think this is becoming a rant rather than a post but it is a topic I am extremely passionate about for reasons that will become evident as you get more familiar with my blog.
