I just received one of the best telephone calls ever from a friend of mine who I recently had a discussion about Smoking being a habit and not and addiction.

Since we spoke about this she told me she had thought about what I said and felt that a habit is much easier to break than an addiction so she decided to try again to stop smoking. She has tried everything under the sun before to stop. She has probably also been a smoker for 40 plus years.

Today she told me, is the fifth day that she has not smoked and she is not desperately wanting a cigarette either.

    If smoker want to quit his habit then he joined in the hypnosis and reading and writing skills helpful and herbal products are also helpful for the quit the smoking.
